To make a return, submit your return request by e-mail to shopscrd@gmail.com with your full name and order number. Please be sure to have "Return Inquiry" in subject of email. You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
All requests will be responded to within 1-2 business day.
Please note: For all returns we issue store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

How do I make a return online?
To make a return email shopscrd@gmail.com with your full name and order number. Please be sure to have "Return Inquiry" in subject of email.
To make a return in-store please come in during opening hours.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date/ purchase date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Sunglasses
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
1. All items that are returned to SCRD are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include inside the return package with your name, order number.
2. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained from the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to SCRD. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send all receipts or proof of purchase to shopscrd@gmail.com with "PROOF" as subject.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is a incident on behalf of the shipping carrier.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your returned package to be processed. Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your store credit to be issued.
